hahahahaha - this distortion has always been - I thought that this distortion is a special feature of Topaz hahahaha and not a bug!

Like something out of a vintage horror flick. I’ve experienced this a few times, always with Proteus. Out of curiosity, what was the starting SAR and what were you upscaling to?
this distortion was gone when I changed these settings to ‘0’
