INVALID USERNAME AFTER PURCHASE

floating licence, invalid username. Version 7.0.1 installed from my dashboard will not open due to these errors. There is no .lic file to change or delete in the folder C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI\models\

Here are some folder details. I would assume topaz video AI would be larger than a 1MB folder after installation

Contains: 87 Files, 2 Folders

The file size is incorrect and points towards a corrupt installation and installer file.

I replied to your support ticket yesterday with some steps. I will wait for your reply to my email so we can troubleshoot further.
