"invalid_client" error | Authentication

Photo AI will not activate.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1: launch photo AI latest version
  2. Step 2: click activate
  3. Step 3: click activate again

Topaz Photo AI on Windows Latest Version 2.2.1

experiencing the same issue when updating to PhotoAi v2.2.2:
Click on Activate and it goes to “Activating through web browser…”
but nothing happens.
Opened Topaz account in browser (firefox 120.0.1 64bit) but still nothing happens and no activation.

Solution found:
Shutdown any browsers and then click activate which then will open up the browsers etc and activation will complete successfully.
Suggestion:
Allow activation even when browser is activet etc.

I cannot still activate Photo Ai with that solution…
This screen will appear as before.

  1. Go to Applications folder and drag Topaz Photo AI to the trash/bin to delete it.
  2. Delete the PLIST files for Photo AI | How To Delete Your Plist Files
  3. Reinstall Photo AI from the Topaz Downloads Page.
