There are sometimes 2 areas of artifacts that appear during Enhancing. The lower of the two usually has smaller, multi-colored speckling, and the upper often larger (sometimes square) noise. The top photo shows what was imported into Photos. It’s easy to remove these errors from such blank areas (where they occur most of the time). I am sure that your crack team can figure this out and resolve it.
Do ignore the quality of the photo. It was not good to begin with, but it does indicate the issue well.
