Will the Intel uhd 620 graphics card work well with Topaz. It seems as if the panels are too large and the center image is smaller than it should be. The laptop is set to recommended settings.

It is adequate for Topaz Studio as you can see from the posted technical requirements:
The screen set to 1920 x 1080 and maximum of 125% is a good setting fer the screen.
Yeah, you have to watch the machine recommended settings a bit. If the display is scaled to greater than 125% things can get weird or potentially useless. Was examining some of this myself on Friday. We are looking at overall improvements to the scaling of the user interface and making it more resilient, but that is a ways off at this point. I run my laptop at 1920 x 1080 at 125% as @AiDon recommended without any blocking issues.
