Installing Neuroserver

Tried running Starlight Precise 2.5 on Topaz Video 1.6.0. . I followed instructions to reinstall Topaz Video and enable Neuroserver. Never saw “choose Repair”

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
