Hi, I have Topaz gigapixel 1.0.7 installed.
I have the screen showing 3 updates.
I went to install the updates and selected download and the tag changed to Install.
On selecting install I receive and error message
“ Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable”, and then the apps shuts down.
I can not go past this error it just repeats.
Where to from here
I would just download the installer for the latest release from the forum. Hopefully that will fix any issues:

Getting the latest standalone installer is the best way to resolve update issues.
Download installers from the community post as recommended, or from your Apps page.
If you continue to encounter an error when using the standalone installer, this could be related to permissions issues.
