Installer does not finish

I just bought Topaz TopazPhotoAI-1.5.0. Downloaded Mac intaller (pkg). I Have a MacBook Air with MacOs Catalina 10.15.7. No disclaimer on MacOs on your page. The installr doea not finish instalation: message is “instalation complete” but the installer hangs and does nor shut. No app avilable.

That’s worriesome.

Which page were you looking at for the system requirements?

You can check this page to see the macOS requirements:

To install the macOS 10.15 compatible version, follow the below instructions.

1. Open Finder, go to the Applications folder, and delete any/all versions of Topaz Photo AI from Applications.
2. Download the Mac installer for the previous version of Topaz Photo AI here. Make sure Lightroom Classic and Photoshop are closed during the installation.

I Lingyu. Thanks. I really did not see any page because usually the OS compatibility is best placed right under the download link (e.g. Mac OSX 12.XX to higher… ). Nevertheless I opted to upgrade to Monterrey. No point in paying for a legacy version.
