Hi I opened this issue a few months ago and am still getting problem messages when trying to update through the app. It tells me something about Installation Log files being inaccessible. The only way to resolve this was to do a clean install. This isn’t something I want to do, of course, as the file size for downloading Topaz Photo AI is huge.
