Installation issue - Internet connectivity error

I bought TopazPhotoAI and did download Version 3.2.2. for Windows.

I installed it once 2 days ago, but I couldn’t start it. But I did not get an error during the installation.

Today I deinstalled it, reboot my computer and tried to installed it again
but I got the error message
Internet connectvity error. Verify connectivity before retrying installation.

But my Internet connectivity is working for everything else.

I tried it several times
Installation - deinstallation - installation …

What can I do.

I’ve been having the exact same issue installing the updates. I use Starlink and have no connectivity issues, however I get less than half-way through the installation and I get the same message as above.
