Install Difficulty

Mac Catalina, been a while since I’ve used my collection of Topaz products - when I try to update, I get the following error message and can go no further:

Tried searching the forum - did I miss this?

Thank you - that did work, but I did have to find different proxy settings but I got to download and install, but then this error message comes up:

Any suggestions?
