Input Settings Frame Rate with DPX not working

1. The bug / behavior you have encountered
   when using dpx sequences, the input settings frame rate default is not changing. I can select it, but it does not reflect as the new default.

2. Your system profile
   windows 11 topaz version 5.3.6

3. Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support)
   I don’t see how I can attach

Looking at the logs it is showing that the default is set to 25fps but there is a second line entry referring to 29.97fps as well.

Going to send to the devs for review.
