The image is from Pixabay. I replaced the hair with fractal pattern from old art, and added suggestions of trees in the background, I did those modifications in Corel Painter.
Then Topaz Impression with Colour variation and Restyle for colour change. Played with Painting progress to set the rougher look in the strokes too.Some minor fiddling in Corel Painter with the strokes too.Made the individual paint strokes more pronounced with Clarity, Edges and Sharpen. There was an AI Remix in there too.
