Incorrect seats log on Photo AI

Hi There, I received your login for Topaz Photo AI. After using it for a few weeks I bought a second seat, however, your records are showing the 2 seats are occupied by the same computer and I am not able to activate Topaz on my laptop (second seat).
The free one I received from you was for my desktop yyyyyyyy and the one I purchased was for my laptop xxxxxx.
At the moment Topaz Photo AI is listing my 2 seats under my desktop yyyyyyy and I am not able to use, change or insert the information of my laptop xxxxxxx on Topaz Photo AI
