# In MacOS 27 Golden Gate the Topaz Video crashes

Hi - as you’ve updated to 27.2, could I ask a favour please for you to check if you have the severe delay and huge log files when loading DVD rips created by MakeMKV? This has been a previous issue, but has reappeared in 27.2:

If so, perhaps you and others having the problem could kindly click on “Me Too” in the above bug report. Topaz appear to be ignoring my bug reports. Perhaps they are so fed up with me.
