Are all the image files in the same folder numbered sequentially?

The logs are not showing that the files come in out of order, are you able to share the image sequence with the support team for a deeper review? help@topazlabs.com

Kyle,
Unfortunately (or fortunately) I cannot repeat the problem.
I have since upgraded to Windows 11 and had a couple of upgrades to Vegas.

Thanks for the update and if the issue comes back, please shoot me an email with the logs and files so we can dive into it deeper to see what is going on. I was trying to replicate a bit with some test files but was unable to do so.
