Impact of update on Sharpen AI

[Please describe your issue here. Try to include logs (Help → Logging) and add screenshots if necessary.] Updating apparently zapped Sharpen AI needing a totally new installation to restart it. This has been reported via email and I have no intention of attempting to reproduce it - for obvious reasons. On Windows 10, all updates for software involved.

Hi Michael,

I see that you were able to resolve this issue, however, as Simmy mentioned installing at update of Topaz Photo AI will not affect Sharpen AI. At this time, we have no other instances of this behavior and we are unsure why you had this issue.

If you do run into this issue again, please let us know via our support channel.

The last Topaz Photo update had no impact on PhotoSharpenAI, so the earlier one was probably a system fault.
