Topaz Photo AI Bugs and Issues

This issue appears in some images shot with Pentax K3-3 and saved as DNG in camera.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open Photo AI
  2. Drag image on to interface
    2023-08-15-11-43-33.zip (4.5 MB)

When processing is finished, noise and/or/ sharpening, preview is cropped

Thanks for reaching out. it looks like this is an issue with lens correction shifting the image.

Please open Topaz Photo AI and go to the Edit > Preferences > General menu. Toggle the Lens Correction setting and click Save.

Please send me the DNG files so I can reproduce the issue and share with my team to fix.

It’s a bug with some DNG files that we have lens correction for.
