Which Lightroom Classic plugin are you using:
I see the same problem when exporting a photo in portrait (vertical) orientation in jpeg. The exported .jpeg file is rotated clockwise 90 degrees but it is still in portrait orientation so only the bottom half shows up. If I export in png it comes out OK. This only seems to happen after I’ve edited, exported and closed other images. These are large(ish) jpgs, 4024x6048.
This is in Topaz Photo AI v3.2.0
Steps to repro:
Also, it’s weird, because the thumbnails in the bottom photo carousel are always rotated as well, not sure if its related (also attaching a screenshot (1rst image))
Please take a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening.
Loom is a great free application for this: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording
Hi, It took a bit to repro, but I seem to need to use the cropping tool to zoom in a bit and rotate the image a bit to level it. It also seems to show up only if its not the only image opened in Topaz AI. Before the video, I’d tried reproing with the first image I opened, but it save ok. How do I send you the video? The forum seems to only take image files.

It appears last Adobe update fixed the issue so it must have been Adobe and not topaz. Thank you for the response

The images above caused the issue, they show the original, the proccessed as a png, and the exported jpeg with the odd “cropping”. Theses are the enhancements that I used, I think most of the valueswere the autopilot suggestions.
