After removing noise and sharpening images, sometimes it only displays the original image when it is supposed to display the ‘Enhanced’ image.
Can you send in a screenshot of this issue, or please take a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening?

Topaz Photo keeps dropping out. Can you do something about this please?
I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.
Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?
Also if you can, please try to recreate this crash in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.

Hi John,
It just drops out. There’s nothing to take a screen shot of. It simply disappears from the screen and I have to go back into Topaz and start again. It doesn’t save the image that I was working on at the time, and I have to start the edits again. It shut down on me about 10 times yesterday, within 2 hours. It’s also really slow. I’m using a brand new 16gb laptop and it shouldn’t be slow. It’s very disappointing.
