Image not able to be saved as 300 DPI

I have seen similar post and also some solutions suggested to use preferences menu. However my menu does not show this option at all. If I increase image manually to 300Dpi, I’m ending up with some weird image sizes. I need 300Dpi for printing but it seems to be almost impossible. Standard 4096 pix x 5120 pix image is showing at 72Dpi. I am considering buying the software, but for 100 USD this seems to be a massive issue.

I am having the exact same issue, and I purchased the product today - January 29, 2024. Please advise Topaz

You can control the resolution by using the menubar and going to Preferences > Upscale & Resize, you will see a dropdown menu under Output Resolution and can select Set Default Resolution
