Image is compressed when using Photoshop Elements and Topaz AI

I use Photoshop Elements to edit my picture. I recently bought Topaz Photo AI and have been happy with the results, but just realized if I use Topaz Photo AI to edit my images via the Topaz plugin via Photoshop Elements my images save at half the size. I am not cropping the image. For example, I had a picture I edited with only Photoshop Elements and saved it as a .jpg and it was 21 mb. I took the same picture in RAW opened it in Photoshop Elements, use the Topaz plugin and have the picture sent back to Photoshop Elements. Then I save the image with the same settings (hightest) and save it as a .jpg and it is only 11 MB. I like the remove noise option and sharpening feature, but don’t want to lose that much quality in my pictures. Should I be doing something else? Thanks in advance!

By default, Topaz Photo AI saves JPG files at 95% quality, which is the highest quality that does not introduce artifacts. It’s the most space and quality efficient way to save JPG.

You can increase the quality to 100% by clicking Save > Export Settings > Format > JPEG and increasing the slider to 100.

I am not seeing Export Settings.
