Since I implemented the 2 latest upgrades I cannot use Topaz AI satisfactorily. If I try to denoise and sharpen manually the system simply packs up stating “idle”. Thank heavens I still have DeNoise, Sharpen, and Gigapixel in my system which are working,perfectly. Please let me know how I can get Topaz AI to work properly once more - it was such a good programme until about a week ago when I upgraded. I am a Mac user.
