just upgraded to latest version. instead processing it says ‘idle’ bottom left corner and won’t process. if I click continue it doesnt do anything - just sits there. going to have to uninstall as need it to be reliable

Make sure to reboot your computer after you delete the plist files.
Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach all the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
