The Topaz icon is multiplying each time I use the app on my Mac book pro. After working on 10 separate iamges, I now have 10 icons at the dock. They will not close on their own. I have to force quit each tab that is open, and of course doing that it asks if I would like to report the issue. I select yes, and then 10 more windows pop up to confirm/reopen.
Also if you can, please try to recreate this issue in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.
If you would prefer you can securely submit your files(s) to my Dropbox using the link below. Make sure to send me a note to let me know you sent something.

When I close the Photo AI plugin returning ti Photoshop, the image gets back to Photoshop and is enhanced accordingly. However there is still Photo AI hanging and I have to force quit it.
Steps to reproduce issue:
Step 1: use Photo AI as a plugin in PS 2024 (25.7)
I am having the same issue. Using Mac Studio and Photoshop (Beta). If I enhance a photo using Topaz Photo AI, it seems to work and I carry on. After a while, there is often 4 or 5 instances of Topaz Photo AI icons on the task bar where it appears it is not closing down after each operation. Applications monitor shows these tasks are ‘not responding’.

Steps to reproduce issue:

I am having the same problem with LrC. It started as only once in a while and now is every time I use Photo AI. Only fix I have found was to force close Photo AI on my Mac M3.
Topaz Photo AI 3.01 hangs frequently…previous versions didn’t. Hangs standalone too which is never did before. Regardless of my approached to export/import, the software freezes much more often (roughly 50% of the time).
I’m using LRC 13.2, Sonoma 14.4.1, on an M1 Max MBP with 64GB of memory.
