Steps to reproduce issue:
- Try to start Gigapixel
- Try to start DeNoise
- Try to start Sharpen AI
- etc… They all crash
Note that I just installed Windows 11, update to 23H2, as well as Photo AI 2.3.1.

Have you reinstalled the apps?
Did you use a diskcopy application to retain an image of the disks during the Windows update?
No and no.
This is the first time anything like this has happened. I have had Topaz products for a few years.
I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.
Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?
Also if you can, please try to recreate this error message in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this email.
