I bought a subscription about a year ago and was extremely disappointed with the outputs compared with Adobe’s image enhancement tools.
I recently watched lots of Topaz Labs ads on Instagram and alike and so I thought, “It looks like they have fixed the issues and maybe it can take an AI image and make it look like a real photo.”
I’m currently trying out all of the apps and I’m very disappointed. Unless I am doing something wrong, it is no better than Photoshop.
Can anyone please explain if I’m doing something wrong???

You’re going to have to supply a lot more details to get any help. For instance, what types of media are you working with and what are you trying to do? Sharing some examples here in the forums will help people to figure out what you’re trying to achieve. You also have to let people know what software you’re using and what version since Topaz has so many different products. Your question is way too vague.
I have attempted to use Topaz Photo AI and Topaz Gigapixel. For both, I have used Midjourney images where the subject (male model) looks AI-generated (but not cartoonish). I tried a few of the automated (suggested options) and regardless of whether I use my CPU or the Cloud, the results are very bad and not in the slightest bit realistic.
