Gigapixel was working fine earlier today. Now, after updating, it’s saying it “expired” August 2023 and is saving my files with a watermark. I’m definitely not supposed to be in trial mode. I checked my account dashboard and it says it’s active, expiring August 2023.
A paid license should never expire (ie stop working or go into Trial mode). Only your access to future updates expires. So, there is some issue with your GPXL authentication to the license servers (ie your Topaz login).
If logging out and back in doesn’t fix it (or possibly a reboot), you would need to open a support ticket so they can determine why your authorization is (incorrectly) failing.
