I get an error when Denoise is applied

I am trying to apply Denoise to an image, and when the filter finishes applying, the image looks distorted. How can I fix this error? This started happening after downloading an update.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Step 1 - I open the image.
2. Step 2 - I select Denoise.
3. Step 3 - Even when I export the image, it still looks like this.
