Most software has a before and after screen. VAI seems to have two before screens. Is that right? I can run two different processes but get no side by side comparison?
No. TVAI has more like two „after“ screens where you can compare the output of different models / settings.
But you can configure this quite freely, so can also have the source in one screen and shuffle different „after“ results in the other.
This configurability together with the quite non intuitive UI can be confusing, yes
