I cannot get Topaz Photo AI to "edit in" to Lightroom

Topaz Photo AI and De Noise both initially integrate with Lightroom and then stop. Once this happens I cannot get it to re-engage

Thank you for replying. I waS able to get someone at work who knows IT to help me, so all solved!
