I cannot activate my account after buying a license

I click activate and the an error says please re-activate your software. There was a problem with your computer’s auth token. please refresh the token by clicking activate above. I click activate it logs me into my account on browser and it still gives me error on topaz.

What is your OS and browser?

Could you try updating Topaz Photo AI to the latest version and then trying to activate again?

If you are on an older version then it may be having issue with authenticating. You can update by getting a new installer from the downloads page or using the in- app updater:
