I was under the impression that I could continue using Topaz AI even after a year has passed from buying it, except I could not get the recent version?
I opened topaz today and found that I had to click start demo, and the word “Trial version” was up, i saw updates, I tred to do them, because Ithought i had updates that came up before my year of usage had ended and that Ic ould get them anyway (tbut not the more recent versions that came AFTER my year of usage) , It downloaded then it asked me to buy a licence.
What’s happening?
Can you explain to me?
