So far 1.6 has been pretty unstable until I asked AI for some workarounds and got everything to work. But, when I did get Hyperion 2 to work I noticed that it has this pattern (almost looks like plaid) ghosting over the entire video. I have provided two samples that show this. Hopefully this gets fixed soon, and that Hyperion isn’t so picky (the only way I was able to get it to run was by using ProRez files as inputs).
I will say, when Hyperion works and I don’t always see the plaid, it gives beautiful results.
The devs are looking into this issue at this time. Are you able to share the original sample source with us for testing? A short 10 second sample would be ideal.
Sure, although I did it in 60 second chunks. First clip is the file I used through Hyperion 2 (source file). The second clip/link is the file I ended up with that had the plaid ghosting. I will warn you since Hyperion only seems to want to work with ProRez for me, these clips are about 5gb a piece.

Currently, Hyperion 2 is set to always export as ProRes by design. That was setup by the team and coded into the app, it will swap to ProRes for the export.
