I see that the normal TVAI license will get small patches and updates after Topaz Studio release. My question is: what’s gonna happen with everyone that just bought a TVAI Pro License ?
Users with a pro license will get the same patch updates as they roll out. Your Pro license will continue into the new app and Studio release. More info will be released as the details are ready to go.
If I own a TVAI Pro License with renewal on, can I access for free the new Topaz Video app with the new models ?
PS. I don’t have on this account this Pro License but on the account of the company I work on. The e-mail for Studio came to my personal account (owning both Gigapixel and Video AI so personally yes I know I have access to Studio) literally 2 days after we purchased the Pro in the company I work on

Yes if an account already has the auto-renewal on it should have been migrated over to the new Topaz Video app. If you can email me at help@topazlabs.com with that Pro account email I can look it up and check on it. Or you can take a look at the new Studio Account Page when signed in with that account and it should show you if the account is eligible.
