How to write a Help Ticket

We tried to update Video Enhance from 2.6.4 to 3.0 but we couldn’t find how to do it, there is no where to create a help ticket either, it seems that this company doesn’t want you to write queries but it doesn’t explain how to update the application either.
Could someone please tell us how to generate a help ticket?

Go to support at the main website and click on the communicate icon on the bottom right hand side and complete as per the guidance. It’s on every page including the support page.
