How to remove the "test with a sample image" and four images, opening screen, Sharpen AI

Nowhere in the interface can I find how to remove the sample images and two lines of text that occupy the bottom part of the opening screen of Sharpen AI (verson 4.1.0).

Is there a way to do this?

I would like to know the same thing. I have looked everywhere . I deleted the images from their folder and the app threw an error when I clicked on the thumb nail image.
