How to Import Presets?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to import presets into V 5.4?

I’ve followed the instructions for the previous versions and can’t find the preset folder.
I’ve also checked if it’s a hidden folder and it doesnt seem to be.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

On windows the presets are located in:

C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI\presets

On mac:

Applications > Topaz Video AI > right click and Show package contents > Contents > Resources > Presets

C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI\presets is a folder that does not exist in newer versions.

Is your app installed on a different drive?

yes for me i installed my app on a different drive also i found the file presets but even when i put the preset and restart topaz it wont show up on the app for me my version is 6.0.2
can you help please

If you go to File > Preferences > Directories and click on Resource folder, it should open up a file path, go backwards 1 step and that is the folder it should be looking for the presets in on your system.
