I don’t know how the use version 4, how to have both versions for now?

Just download the version you want from here:
For having more than one version installed at the same time, on the Mac this is really easy: just rename the existing app in the Apps drawer to something else, e.g. TVAI4.0.
Then drag the other one (e.g. the last 3.5.4 version) from the dmg to the app drawer. Maybe rename this one as well to TVAI3.5.4 just that this is clear in case you want to have further versions installed.
For Windows systems it’s a bit more complicated, but still possible. I guess by searching here you should find a guide
