How to clear source files after system crash as program is stuck in a loop trying to reload all old files

I am having some issues with Topaz Video AI v5. I have many videos which I need to process with them being around 5 seconds in length each. However on occasion the system will crash and I know there is a recover option in place.

But when I try to open Topaz AI again it will try to load all source files (200+) and will become stuck in a loop as the preview window flips between two video thumbnails with “unprocessed” displayed in the middle.

Usually if I wait a little while it will eventually start working again as normal and continue from the next file before the system crashed. Recently I’ve found that Video AI will just become stuck in this endless loop and the program will stop responding and my only option is to close it. When I try to reopen it, the whole cycle will repeat and the program will stop to respond so I can only close it.

Please could you tell me if there is a way to delete this project I have with all these source files? I would like to start the project again and just add the files which did not complete. The project is not actually saved and it’s just an untitled project.

Thank you for your help.

Yes, you will need to clear the project file to start fresh:

Windows:

C:\Users\Owner\Documents\Topaz VideoAI Projects

Mac:

Documents > Topaz VideoAI Projects

Hi Margaux, thanks for your reply and I believe you also helped via email support. However, for anyone else who cannot find this file, it was located below. Thanks again!
