This is an old problem, I’ve read, but being new to Topaz and a novice user, I still don’t understand how to restore Topaz processed JPEG images to a size that I can print in Shutterfly without low resolution. Can someone explain the fix in layman terms, please! And, will I have the same problem when I get back to processing my RAW photos?
Steps to reproduce issue:
- I transfer a photo from LRC to topaz Ai and sharpen, denoise, etc.
- I send back to LRC do some touch up and export.
- Shutterfly alerts me that the photo will have low resolution.
