How do I prevent upscaling in autopilot

I have a 45 MP Canon R5. My images are 8192 pixels wide. When I choose autopilot, Photo AI sometimes wants to upscale. Why ? What is the best way to prevent upscaling? Thanks

You can go to Preferences > Autopilot > Upscale and resize and set the Resize Type to None.
