How can i see the interpolated frames? frame-by-frame in the rendered video does not show them

I have a 30 fps video that i rendered in 60 fps, i.e. 60 frames per sec.

I can see that it plays at 60 fps, by when i go frame by frame in the rendered video, I can only see 30 frames in each second, i.e. i cannot see the interpolated frames.

I am missing something?

You can also view the rendered preview in an external player by right clicking > view in external player

Before the button was taken away, it was super easy to output to image sequence and open the preview folder. That’s how I checked things frame by frame. You can still do that, but it’s loads harder to find where the images are.

You’ve probably stumbled upon the crux of the preview playback issues that started with TVAI 3: Trying to get two videos of different frame rates to play at the same speed with matching frames where needed.
