Horrible artifacts - Standard and Low-res models

Latest version (8.1.2). Win11, GeForce 4060, all latest drivers.
Some images are totally fine on both Low-res and Standard models.
But some (too many to be honest) are riddled with artifacts after upscale, which makes them unusable.
I’m adding examples. No artifacts are present on the original images.

Also, Low-res always(!) adds horrible grids on even colors (sky, solid color backgrounds).
It’s clearly visible, but added some brightness/contrast on the right side of the image also.

In the end I want to use Standard model but it gives artifacts - can’t use it normally.
Ok, maybe I can use Low-res model - no, it always adds grids, and sometimes artifacts - can’t use it normally.

I recently bought Gigapixel and I find it very hard to use because of this. Also tried reinstalling Gigapixel, tried switching graphic processor to CPU/GPU, nothing. Very disappointing for 100$ software.

And video how it looks with settings on standard model (Low-res is ok in this case)

I think I recently encountered similar but in Gigapixel for iOS:

Nothing in the original image there to explain this besides a maybe faulty model or computing error on Topaz’ side (it was a cloud render).
