Help With The Video Program - What the F**K am I doing wrong?!?

I have a 22.5 GB home video that needs to have the grainy sections fixed and the color and sharpness greatly improved. I tried to pick parameters and dropped my video in. I thought it would begin the repair process immediately, but it appears I was wrong. Can you please help me? I paid over $300.00 to fix a few other videos but I don’t know how to properly work the software. Can you give me simple, step-by-step instructions so I can complete the repair of the videos?

To make matters worse, I received an error message and was asked to send the log to you for review. Please see attached log below.

Once you load your video in, you can set the enhancement model and settings in the right side of the app and then run short previews to check the enhancement. If you like what you are seeing you can export the video out using the options in the bottom right corner to do a Quick Export or Export As where you can choose a file name and location to send the video to.
