Help with FPS increases

I’ve started a project upscaling some old music concerts which were originally filmed in 25fps.

I’ve found that increasing to 60fps results in the audio track not fitting the video - should this happen and does anyone have any suggestions? Possibly upscale the video but keep the fps to 25 ?

simply doubling the framerate can prevent running into all sorts of trouble.
