Help with contacting support

I got the gigapixel 7 yesterday, my payment status shows on Hold but my bank deducted the amount. I don’t have access to the product I brought and I don’t know how to contact support other than sending them an email, which they haven’t responded to yet! This is honestly a bad experience especially considering the price I paid for the product.

Agreed. Me as well. Astounding confusion after purchasing with no ability to access the three softwares I purchased. And there’s no live support or phone number; only a four-day wait for email. Not a good introduction to products that I’ve heard so many good things about. Hoping things get better from here on out.
