Hi all;
Just downloaded gigapixel on windows 10; It crashes at 1% & freezes my computer;
Have uninstalled & reinstalled with no fix;
I was with remote chat to try & fix the issue; Was established that I had to create a new user? Why?
I did that & that didnt work either?
Instead of it being a simple $100 day, it has cost me over $300 for software & restoro help with remote assistance; I have been on the computer all day & mentally drained, with nothing accomplished;
I hope there is help available or a simple fix?

Secondly, in Denoise can you go to Help>Graphics Info and post the results here.

I`m new here & still trying to navigate where things are.
I’m asking you to do it in Denoise because I’m assuming you can’t do it in Gigapixel - the information it produces will be the same whichever app you do it in. If you can launch Gigapixel then by all means do it there.

No, I’m saying you can go to Help>Graphics Info in any of the apps.

No, but you’re way below the minimum requirement for VRAM - you have 1500MB of shared RAM while the minimum is 2GB of dedicated VRAM (4GB is recommended). That’s going to limit the performance of Gigapixel - unless you have an alternative graphics card you can allocate to Gigapixel.
Alternatively, you can go to File>Preferences and select the CPU instead of GPU and see if that helps.
