Has Topaz fixed the issue of file occupation? I’d like to know before testing it myself. After the video is processed, when I try to move the result, it prompts that the file is occupied by Topaz. Clearly, the processing has been completed. I have to close the Topaz program to move the file. Sometimes this doesn’t happen, it seems rather random.
Haven’t experienced this, but next time this occurs try waiting a minute and then try again to see if it works. If the exports are really large it might take a moment or two.
We have not heard of this happening recently, so I’d be interested to hear if you are still experiencing this issue in the latest version of the app
