I was travelling and had to sleep my laptop which as normally been fine but this time when I opened it up it told me it had finished despite being only half way through.
The resulting Prores file plays half way through then stops.
I’ve tried splitting it in half using ffmpeg with passthru but it threw up an error and quicktime was taking forever when it should be almost instant, right?
Any ideas of how to recover the first half of the prores file?
